Meaning of this name is unknown.
MALUSKI Gilles says: Hello. I know few about the history of my ancestor, refugied in France around 1850 after one of the many russian invasions of Poland. I was always told that the meaning of the first part of my name MALUSKI (MALU) would be "a man of small stature" The end with "SKI" is, in my case, the classical Polish nobility termination for a man, who changes in "SKA" for a women. My grand+++ mother was named "MALUSKA" There is a second problem in the spelling of MALUSKI. The letter "L" is not the proper one, but only the one that looks the most at the polish letter Ł who is not in use in our alphabet. That's all I can say ! (sorry for my poor scholar english)
